How To Manage Amazon Fire Device Using adbLink

What is adbLink?

What makes adbLink useful?

The information at the beginning of this article might not fully explain why adbLink is so useful. For many Amazon Fire device users having a way to remotely access your device from your PC can make things extremely simple when it comes to managing your devices.

Not only does adbLink provide a way for users to manage multiple devices, but it also allows you the opporturnity to “clone” your Kodi setup so you can simply transfer your Kodi builds to another device.

Using adbLink you can also easily run backups of your Kodi setup and restore them using this one application.

You may have heard of apps likes ESFile Exporer which gives users a way to “sideload” APk’s on their devices. Although these types of apps do work they also require you to run between two devices.

With adbLink you can access your device from your PC and install APK’s without having to run between two devices. This makes setting up your device a breeze especially if you are installing third party apps like Cinema, Kodi, and more.

Extra features not mentioned:

Have you ever wanted a way to screenshot your Amazon Fire device? There are many third party apps that have very limited abilities that claim to support screenshoting features. The only issue using those apps is that they are very limited in their abilities.

Using the adbLink program you can easily take screenshots of your Amazon Fire device! When using this feature your screenshots get automatically uploaded to your PC.

This is an extremely helpful tool if you are making tutorials and more.

Other Features

As stated earlier, when using adbLink you can backup and restore Kodi. This is an advanced feature so we will not be covering this in this tutorial. Along with the backup/restore feature you can also uninstall APK’s using adbLink.

These features can harm your device if not used correctly. For advanced users wanting to use these features you should have no problem figuring out how they work.

For anyone new to this, we highly suggest that you uninstall APK’s directly from your device instead of using this software.
